A shooting star! On Wednesday August 12, 2015 The Perseid meteor shower was at its peak with a new moon and clear skies! I managed to capture this exciting image of a shooting star going through the Milky Way! This was shot at the Blue Ridge Parkway Price Lake Boone, North Carolina.
